Every round stands for a certain stage of the civilization's development, so when it comes to the end - it is time to summarize the results.
This phase consists of several stages that are performed consecutively. The first three stages, however, can be performed simultaneously to save time.
Look at your

The main way to fill your treasury with coins is collecting taxes and tithes. Take from the bank

. That is, one of your provinces brings you:
Before voting, the first player takes 3
voting cubes from the bank, every other player - 2
.
Each player places their voting cubes on the preferred event cards in the first row of the event field, starting with the last player and proceeding counterclockwise. Meanwhile, you can discuss every decision and use all methods of open diplomacy to make the players vote the way you prefer.
If there is your voting cube on the event card (after province exploration), you may discard this cube (or cubes) and return it to the bank. After voting, players (in random order) may additionally put their action cubes that remained unused this round, as well as their experience cubes, in order to alter the final result.
Resolve the effects of each activated block on each event card sequentially, moving from left to right and top to bottom. Typically, the effects of each activated block are resolved simultaneously by all players. However, if there is a situation where one player's influence may hinder or enhance another player's effects, perform the actions sequentially and resolve effects starting with the last player and continuing counterclockwise.
Each block on the event card has its requirements for activation:
- Main Event. This is the top block of the event card on a blue background. All players resolve one main event exclusively from the event card that received the most votes.
- Emergence of Adversities. This is the middle block of the event card on a red background. All players resolve the emergence of adversities from the card with the "max" mark if it received the most votes, and from the card with the "min" mark - if it received the least votes. There are three situations possible:
- Emergence of adversities from two cards — when both cards with "max" and "min" marks are present and have received the demanded number of votes.
- Emergence of adversities only from one card — if the available cards were only with "max" or only "min" marks, or if only one type (max or min) has the necessary number of votes for activation.
- Absence of adversities — if all blocks with "max" received fewer votes than blocks with "min".
Consider the nuances of each adversity emergence:
- If one of your units, located on a hex with other objects, must turn into a
rebel, move it to adjacent empty hex and place 1
on it. If there are no such hexes, move it to an empty hex at a distance available for the maneuver of this unit. If suitable hexes are not found, ignore this adversity
- If there are several different structures on a hex and event effects require to inflict
damage to one of them, choose which of these structures takes the damage
- If there is a structure on the hex with 0
hit points due to damage, and event conditions require to inflict one more damage, destroy this structure and return its token to your player mat. Thus, you resolved this adversity without placing a
- Under no conditions can there be more than 1 black
on one religion token, one hex of the game board, one technology card, or one area of a player mat. If
heresy,
calamity,
malfunction or
corruption should emerge on a corresponding game component that already has 1
on it, simply ignore a new adversity and add no more black
-
malfunctions cannot emerge on borrowed technologies and those that were borrowed
- Blessing. This is the bottom block of the event card on a green background. This block provides a personal bonus to each player who has contributed at least 3 votes for the corresponding event card.
If multiple blocks with the "max" mark of different event cards received the same number of votes, use the following method to determine which one is activated: take one cube from each of those cards and place them in a
bag. Then randomly draw 1
— the color of the cube determines which block is activated. For example, if you draw a red cube, activate the block on the card with red vote cubes. Use the same method if multiple blocks with the "min" mark of different event cards have the same number of votes.
Gain each
recurrent achievement for which you meet the conditions by placing your cube from the box on the corresponding card. You may gain achievements of all four classes in one round, but you cannot gain achievements of the same class from different cards.
